We’re looking for a proactive Tendering Officer to ensure a seamless experience for our customers by handling quotations, process ing customer orders, and coordinat ing repair activities .
You’ d be joining the Electrification and Automation business as part of Siemens Smart Infrastructure, whichprovides the technologies and services that help customers safely distribute and administer electrical power.
We work with organisations across industry, infrastructure, and commercial environments to improve efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
- K ey Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit quotations in response to customer enquiries and tender requests.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through company systems.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, acting as a key point of contact for enquiries and support.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and provide regular updates on quotations, orders, and repairs.
- Provide basic product and service information, working with specialist technical teams when additional support is required.
- Coordinate repair requests from initial enquiry through to completion, scheduling engineer visits and ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, orders, repairs, and correspondence.
