You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the training and competence records relating to Sentinel and IRSE for Siemens Mobility. Schedule track training based on Sentinel & IRSE requirements, ad‑hoc requests for projects and regions, waiting lists or from expiring records.
You’ll make an impact by …
- Working alongside business partners at Intertrain to manage expiring track safety competences and schedule training where necessary
- Maintain up to date records on our training system (OneLMS) for all upcoming events and attendance records for previous events related to Sentinel
- Maintaining competence records
- Administrating IRSE documentation
- Handling sentinel management the day to day management including, managing sponsorship, desponsorship, integrity checks, upload sentinel breaches, manage queries
- Scheduling medicals based on requests from on‑boarding, ad‑hoc business requests for new sponsors and expiries, managing risk assessments, RISQ requirements for D&A (Random and period)
- Updating the BMS procedures
- Preparing and maintaining all data/records for audits
- Producing monthly business update pack
