We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in Chippenham! As a Project Administrator you will be responsible for the provision of a professional administration service to the Rail Infrastructure Project Team. To support the project team in ensuring that client requirements and project delivery timescales and efficiencies are met. This role offers flexible hybrid working, typically with 2–3 days per week in the office and the remainder from home, aligned to team requirements. Occasional travel may be necessary depending on business or project needs.
You’ll create an impact by…
- Providing full administrative support for specific projects including typing, filing, document control, timesheets, database management, document trackers and project correspondence.
- Maintaining various day to day operational processes.
- Assisting with the preparation of client reports.
- Preparation of PDR and other internal reporting processes.
- Organising meetings, room bookings and refreshments for the project team, ensuring visitors/clients are looked after.
- Miscellaneous administrative duties as necessary.
- Assisting Regional Administration Coordinator with general duties.
- Providing cover on other projects as requested (e.g. holiday cover).
