We’re looking for a Senior Demand Marketing Manager to play a key role in driving our growth strategy. This position will focus on understanding regional opportunities as we expand into new verticals. Acting as a strategic partner to our sales organisation, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a clear focus on generating high-quality leads, nurturing opportunities, and supporting revenue growth. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, along with a strong focus on measurable outcomes. Initially, the role will be focused on supporting growth within the Manufacturing vertical. This is a hybrid role, with an office presence in either our Chatham or London location.

You’ll make impact by:

  • Strategic Campaigns: Plan and deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns with clear, targeted messaging. Align closely with sales, product marketing, and wider teams. Partner with sales to support priorities and drive pipeline. Provide insights, updates, and campaign visibility.
  • Execution & Management: Lead end-to-end campaign delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholders. Ensure brand alignment and leverage internal and external partnerships to expand reach.
  • Performance & Optimisation: Track key metrics across leads, pipeline, and revenue. Use data to optimise performance and maximise Return on Investment. Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.

You’re excited to build upon your existing expertise, including:

  • Significant experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software or manufacturing industry marketing is advantageous, but not essential.
  • You are skilled in coordinating team marketing activities.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; proactive outlook with ownership; exceptional attention to detail; ability to prioritise effectively both for yourself and the team.
  • Strategic approach with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing campaigns.
  • Data-driven decision-making and strong analytical skills to optimise campaign performance.
