Are you a dynamic SaaS/tech sales professional passionate about driving growth and making your mark? We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Account Executive to help drive new client acquisition for Asset Essentials — our cutting-edge Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) — as we launch this innovative SaaS solution in the UK market.

In this high-velocity sales role (average order values: £15–90k), you’ll be at the frontlines of introducing transformative asset management technology to potential manufacturing clients across the UK. Your primary measure of success: new ARR bookings. Drawing on your SaaS sales expertise and understanding of the manufacturing sector, you’ll build and leverage relationships to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities. This is your chance to be an early driver of our CMMS portfolio’s UK expansion, backed by the resources and reach of global technology leader, Siemens. Reporting directly to our Senior Sales Manager; you can be based anywhere in the UK, with regular travel to customer sites.

What you will do

  • Drive new logo client acquisition for Asset Essentials CMMS across the UK manufacturing sector, achieving ARR bookings quota.
  • Conduct strategic outbound prospecting for new client acquisition within your designated territory.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop high-value business opportunities within the manufacturing vertical.
  • Execute high-velocity sales processes with AOVs of £15-90k.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through contract closure.
  • Close sales by building rapport with prospects, explaining product capabilities, conducting discovery, and overcoming objections.
  • Project manage the procurement process to ensure urgency and predictability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning proposals and materials that align with client needs.
  • Work effectively with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), marketing, and partner/channel managers to maximize pipeline generation.
  • Set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Provide valuable market feedback and insights to support product development and marketing strategies.
  • Stay sharp through ongoing professional development.

What you need

  • Independent, proactive hunter with demonstrable history of sales quota attainment.
  • Technology-oriented sales background in the manufacturing sector – ideally coming from a CMMS background, or adjacent area like MES, OEE, SCADA, ERP, QMS, etc.
  • Ability to disrupt the status quo and thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, high-pressure, high-growth environment.
  • Strong track record in new-logo acquisition and high-velocity deal flows (£15k–90k AOV).
  • Deep understanding of the UK manufacturing industry and pain points.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, results-focused, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Proficient with Salesforce (or similar CRM), Microsoft Office, collaborative tools, and video conferencing.

What makes you a Standout

  • CMMS or asset management software experience.
  • Familiarity with maintenance and asset management operations.
  • Experience working collaboratively with SDRs (Sales Development Representatives).
  • Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing.

We offer:

  • Hybrid Working: Achieve a healthy work-life balance with our flexible working arrangements.
  • Pension Plan: Secure your future with our generous pension scheme, with employer contributions up to 10%.
  • Time Off: Recharge and rejuvenate with 26 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays), and the option to buy or sell an additional 5 days.
  • Performance-Based Bonus: Enjoy an annual bonus linked to the company's performance.

We are fully committed to providing equal opportunities and building an inclusive workplace where a broad range of backgrounds and perspectives thrive.
