Apply now for the position of Technical Operations Scientist, and where you will be working as part of a great team to effectively resolve product performance issues and improvements to support the overall success of the business. This hybrid role can be based anywhere in the UK but does require site based work (as needed).
Your Role:
You would design, direct, organize and implement actions required to resolve technical issues and product improvements
You would design analytical experiments with the aim of identifying the root cause of product performance issues and optimization of processes
You would review, assess, and where required perform suitable statistical analysis on data generated as a consequence of or in relation to a technical investigation
You would write and circulate technical reports for all assigned investigations. Generate report and participate in meetings to support the relevant processes
You may be involved in risk assessment activities, as required to support the requirements of the site
You would need to communicate effectively with all levels of staff within and outside of the department in a timely manner with regards to investigation status
Your Expertise:
Post-graduate or graduate in a science discipline or relevant industry experience
Knowledge of immunoassays
Experience in problem solving or data analysis
Project management skills
High level of self-motivation
Communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work cross-site and cross-function
