We are seeking a Site Manager with a background in sterile manufacturing or radiopharmaceuticals who is energised by complex operations, thrives in regulated environments, and wants to make a measurable difference to patient health. Your Role
- Full site ownership – a leadership role with real accountability for operations, people, compliance and performance
- A high‑profile growth project – lead the transition from our current site in Mount Vernon and play a key role in launching the new radiopharmaceutical facility in Dunstable
- Meaningful, patient‑critical work – operate in a highly regulated environment where quality, reliability and safety truly matter
- Leadership – build, lead and develop a high‑performing and engaged 30–40‑person multidisciplinary team, embedding a culture of collaboration, ownership, and innovation
- Technical and operational breadth – accountability for GMP operations, validation, equipment and regulatory readiness, and optimisation of logistics
- Career progression – a permanent role with visibility and scope to grow as Radiopharma expands in the UK and globally
- Influence beyond the site – contribute to wider Radiopharma strategy and work closely with cross‑functional and senior stakeholders, driving growth and innovation
This Role is ideal for someone with
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in radiotracer or sterile product manufacture, testing and dispensing
- GMP experience
- Strong leadership experience, managing multidisciplinary teams
- Proven project management skills
- Experience in delivering change and new processes via URS, FDS, DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ protocols
- Business planning experience and knowledge of MHRA guidelines
- High commitment to customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organisational and quality management system (QMS) experience
