Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie verantworten das globale bzw. regionale Commodity Management inklusive der Bündelung und Steuerung des gesamten Einkaufsvolumens über mehrere Business Lines unseres Geschäftsbereichs Cancer Care.
  • Sie entwickeln, implementieren und optimieren kontinuierlich Commodity-Strategien auf Basis von Bedarfs-, Markt-, Lieferanten- und Technologieanalysen unter Berücksichtigung von globalen Pooling-Aktivitäten.
  • Sie sind frühzeitig in Produktentwicklungs- und Industrialisierungsprozesse eingebunden, um Kosten, Qualität und Versorgungssicherheit aktiv zu beeinflussen (Early Procurement Involvement, Design-to-Cost, Cost & Value Engineering).
  • Sie entwickeln und realisieren wirkungsvolle Verhandlungsstrategien und führen komplexe internationale Verhandlungen inklusive Abschluss von Rahmen- und Langzeitverträgen.
  • Sie wählen strategische Lieferanten aus, bewerten und entwickeln diese weiter und stellen eine nachhaltige, leistungsfähige Lieferantenbasis sicher.
  • Sie analysieren globale Markt-, Kosten- und Technologietrends und leiten datenbasierte Empfehlungen für interne Entscheidungsprozesse ab.
  • Sie arbeiten eng und partnerschaftlich mit R&D, Produktion, Qualität, Finanzen und Projektmanagement zusammen und koordinieren ein cross-funktionales Team hinsichtlich der Einkaufsaktivitäten.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Sie bringen langjährige Berufserfahrung im Strategischen Einkauf bzw. Commodity Management in einem internationalen und komplexen Umfeld mit und sind dabei versiert im Umgang mit SAP.
  • Sie überzeugen durch Ihre fundierten Kenntnisse in professioneller Verhandlungsführung, internationalem Vertragsmanagement, der Orchestrierung von Kostenstrukturanalysen und innerhalb des Projektmanagements von komplexen Produktanläufen.
  • Sie besitzen Erfahrung in der Einkaufsfrüheinbindung in Entwicklungsprojekten sowie in Design-to-Cost-, Target-Costing- und Standardisierungsinitiativen.
  • Sie sind es gewohnt internationale cross-funktionale Teams hinsichtlich der optimalen Einkaufsstrategien und -aktivitäten zu beraten und zu koordinieren.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strategisches Denkvermögen und eine strukturierte, datenorientierte Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Englisch und Deutsch und treten souverän und verbindlich für die Belange des Einkaufs ein.
