As a Service Contract Specialist, you’ll be right at the heart of our commercial operations—bringing deals to life, supporting tenders, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across the business and external partners to ensure our contracts and tenders are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. What you’ll be doing:
- Creating and managing service contract quotes with support from Service Managers
- Reviewing and booking contracts and purchase orders with precision
- Leading the contract renewal cycle—from preparing quotes to closing the deal
- Processing warranty contracts
- Supporting tender submissions (from reviewing requirements to final delivery)
- Keeping customer and contract data accurate in SAP
- Acting as a go-to contact for customer and internal queries
- Producing monthly reports and forecasts
- Contributing ideas to improve processes and team ways of working
- Supporting audits and compliance activities
What we’re looking for:
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent in English, plus a good level of German, reading, speaking & writing - Primary need is the ability to read and understand contracts in German
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce or similar systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills—you know how to keep things clear and simple
- A team player who can collaborate across teams and locations
- Highly organised and great at juggling priorities
