ROLE DESCRIPTION

Deployment & Implementation

  • Lead end-to-end SaaS product deployments across Varian's oncology portfolio, including ARIA Cloud CQM, ARIA CORE Insights, ARIA CORE Mobile, ARIA STM, and Noona.
  • Manage the full implementation lifecycle from kick-off through go-live, including pre-install coordination, configuration, testing, and documentation.
  • Deliver customer-facing technical presentations and lead working sessions throughout the deployment process; build credibility with clinical, IT, and operational stakeholders.
  • Advise customers on connectivity and configuration approaches based on their current environment and product specifications.
  • Execute deployment steps following documented procedures and runbooks; submit required deployment artifacts per Varian quality processes.
  • Manage and update customer cloud product environments as needed; complete all task documentation to meet Varian quality processes and procedures.

Technical & Integration

  • Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity to the Varian Cloud (AWS and Azure), including VPN setup, IP whitelisting, and firewall configuration.
  • Implement and validate HL7 messaging integrations (ADT, SIU, MDM, ORU, ORM) across supported products.

  • Address security configuration requirements including SSO, SAML, Azure AD, and identity provider setup supporting OpenIDConnect 1.0 and OAuth 2.0.
  • Deploy and configure cloud connectivity components as part of product installations; coordinate on-premise installation activities with the responsible team — assigning tickets, ensuring prerequisites are met, and managing through to completion.
  • Understand and navigate on-premise server environments, components, and dependencies as they relate to deployment performance and product behaviour.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting for supported products; independently diagnose and resolve complex deployment issues; document root cause and resolution.
