About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our dynamic Quality team at our Magnet Technology site in Oxfordshire. This position plays a pivotal role in strengthening both internal and supplier‑related quality processes, driving continuous improvement, and championing high standards across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Auditing equivalent professional experience in quality roles will also be considered.
  • Proven background in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or manufacturing quality roles.
  • Understanding quality management principles, such as the ISO 9001 quality standard, and quality control techniques is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively, anticipate needs, and deliver improvements beyond expectations.
  • Confident analysing data, identifying trends, and communicating insights effectively.
  • Skilled at building collaborative relationships and working constructively across departments.
  • Adaptable, calm under pressure, and comfortable working in a dynamic, delivery‑focused environment.
