Your Role:
- Lead and support daily lab planning, adapting quickly to changing targets.
- Champion best practices in Good Manufacturing Practice, keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance.
- Develop and improve laboratory methods, proactively optimising processes and equipment.
- Drive validation activities and investigate quality issues to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with teams for equipment selection, installation, and commissioning.
- Represent the company in audits and regulatory inspections, maintaining top compliance standards.
- Promote a safety‑first culture and uphold environmental standards.

Your Expertise:
- Degree in a relevant science discipline.
- Several years laboratory experience, with strong knowledge of complex scientific and manufacturing processes.
- Proven skills in validation, troubleshooting, and method development.
- Ability to train and transfer knowledge to others.
- IT literacy – confident in Microsoft Office.
- Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to learn and grow.
