We Are Hiring:
We are seeking an experienced Managing Consultant with a strong track record in leading and delivering frontline healthcare transformation. Based in the UK, you will report to the Head of Consulting and lead a portfolio of delivery, business development, and team development projects. You will set strategic direction, design approaches, and guide teams to deliver impactful outcomes—on time and within budget.
Your Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will:
- Have held a leadership role within the NHS or a private healthcare provider, alongside a successful senior-level healthcare consultancy career
- Possess extensive experience in healthcare transformation, particularly in imaging-related services (e.g., imaging modalities, Cardiology, Cancer, Stroke)
- Thrive in a hands-on environment, taking full accountability for project portfolios and working with small teams to deliver exceptional results
- Be skilled at both designing and implementing solutions that drive measurable impact
- Be proactive in identifying new ways to add value to our customers through our expanding consulting services
- Demonstrate strong senior stakeholder management skills to deepen relationships across Great Britain and Ireland
- Be collaborative and engaging, contributing to the development of internal networks across our global business
- Have practical experience leading successful consulting projects from lead generation through to delivery and follow-on engagements
