Responsibilities
- Drive and support the implementation of learning & development projects across the business.
- Support the development of the early careers landscape within Magnet Technology.
- Support new factory projects surrounding multi‑site operation and our future vision.
- Book, coordinate, and record all internal training including new‑starter inductions, and provide the central contact point for internal training programmes.
- Drive and support corporate social responsibility activities while implementing and leading initiatives.
- Facilitate effective internal communications by implementing and applying communication methods and strategies.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate student currently studying toward a degree and completing a 12‑month industrial placement or sandwich year as part of your degree.
- Interest in learning & development or HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused approach.
- Excellent presentation and administration skills, with strong attention to detail, time management, and task coordination.
- Solid IT skills and some experience of data analysis.
- Proactive, team‑oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Eligibility
- Must have eligibility to work in the UK for the duration of the internship (Summer 2026 – Summer 2027).
