As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be a key part of the team supporting, designing and implementing our core IT infrastructure across both our existing factory in Eynsham and our brand new, state‐of‐the‐art facility in Bicester.

Project Delivery
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improving our IT systems.
  • Work independently and as part of the wider team to define, develop and deliver complex projects.
  • Maintain and improve the security of our information systems.
Support
  • Identify the root cause of issues and advise on suitable solutions or resolve as required.
  • Work with the Service Desk team on escalated issues to provide technical support and knowledge transfer.
Your expertise
  • Experience with Windows Desktop and Server environments (On‐Premise and Cloud Hosted).
  • Knowledge of High‐Performance Computing.
  • Networking skills: LAN (VLANs), WAN (SD‐WAN), Wi‐Fi, and firewalls.
  • Infrastructure and server monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of information and cyber security best practices.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and project management principles.
  • Ability to automate tasks using scripting.
