What you'll do:

  • Provide expert-level global support for Total Lab Automation systems.
  • Lead 3rd-level escalations and drive root-cause-based solutions.
  • Turn service data into insights that influence product improvements.
  • Host global technical reviews, webinars, and solution sessions.
  • Create and enhance troubleshooting documentation.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, firmware, drives, pneumatics, and networks.
  • Partner with R&D and OEM teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Use proactive analytics to identify trends and guide regional action plans.

What you bring:

  • Technical degree (Engineering preferred).
  • 5+ years in engineering, technical support, or field service.
  • Experience with automation systems or healthcare diagnostics.
  • Strong data analytics skills: Excel, SQL, Notepad++, pivot tables.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
  • Willingness to travel 10-30%.
