This 12‑month internship placement offers a chance to support, coordinate, and drive the implementation of learning and development activities at Siemens Healthineers Magnet Technology, while also contributing to corporate social responsibility and high‑profile projects.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and support the implementation of learning & development projects across the business.
  • Support the development of the early careers landscape within Magnet Technology.
  • Support new factory projects surrounding multi‑site operation and our future vision.
  • Book, coordinate, and record all internal training including new‑starter inductions, and provide the central contact point for internal training programmes.
  • Drive and support corporate social responsibility activities while implementing and leading initiatives.
  • Facilitate effective internal communications by implementing and applying communication methods and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate student currently studying toward a degree and completing a 12‑month industrial placement or sandwich year as part of your degree.
  • Interest in learning & development or HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused approach.
  • Excellent presentation and administration skills, with strong attention to detail, time management, and task coordination.
  • Solid IT skills and some experience of data analysis.
  • Proactive, team‑oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Eligibility

Must have eligibility to work in the UK for the duration of the internship (Summer 2026 – Summer 2027).
