- Build country‑specific go‑to‑market plans with sales, clinical partners, and distributors.
- Strengthen P2P education by engaging targeted KOLs.
- Oversee presence at CIRSE, ET Congress, SIO Europe, and regional events; translate event activity into high‑quality leads and commercial impact.
- Work hand‑in‑hand with the VP of Sales and field teams (direct + distributor) to deliver tailored marketing assets, sales tools, case studies, and commercial playbooks across IntelliBlate, Cryo, and GAE.
- Own UNITY and SpoDom inputs, ensuring strong compliance and execution.
- Use customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and internal/external data to refine messaging and strategy.
- Represent EMEA in GMCI initiatives, localize global messaging for regional needs, and ensure all marketing materials are approved, localized, and delivered effectively.
What You Bring

- Ability to translate complex procedures into compelling, accessible messaging.
- A strong commercial mindset with proven launch or campaign experience.
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills across diverse cultures and markets.
- A resilient, structured, detail‑oriented approach — with genuine passion for teamwork.
- Commitment to inclusive communication and supporting a positive team environment.

- Effective, adopted GAE go‑to‑market strategies.
- High‑impact sales playbooks and assets that elevate field performance.
- Tradeshow presence that directly contributes to pipeline growth.
- A strengthened Cryo commercial strategy across key clinical segments.
- Seamless integration of GMCI global messaging into regional campaigns.
