Opportunity for an experienced Radiographer to join our highly motivated team, providing clinical customer support for Siemens Healthineers Radiotherapy Solutions. As a member of the Clinical Helpdesk Application team, you will join a multicultural team of experienced Therapists, Dosimetrists and Medical Physicists. You will support our internal and external customers, providing assistance and issue resolution relating to Varian equipment, focusing on treatment delivery, imaging systems and information management systems (e.g. ARIA). Full training on Varian equipment will be provided.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Support customers and colleagues via phone and/or via remote connections, analyzing and issue resolutions related to Varian products, primarily on ARIA and delivery system.
  • Escalate more complex issues to other experts within the team, collaborating and providing support in resolution activities, and ensuring issues are addressed and resolved correctly.
  • Collect feedback from customers on product functionalities and system improvements.
  • Provide support in testing new products.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualification as Radiographer / Radiation therapist / Dosimetrist (or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of modern radiotherapy techniques.
  • Clinical experience in Radiotherapy.
  • Customer-service oriented, a proactive attitude and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and logical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken essential. Additional language skills are a merit.
