Job DescriptionMission
Position Headline:
To develop ROS sales strategies and initiatives, enabling the regional teams to achievemarket share and financial targets for their product lines. And accountable for creating theproduct-driven sales playbook and providing technical expertise to the regional sales force,ensuring effective execution and business development.
Areas ofResponsibilities:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive product-specific sales strategies and
business plans. - Conduct thorough market analysis and forecasting to achieve order intake, marketshare, and profitability targets for the assigned regions.
Drive Sales Enablement and Project Pursuit:
- Architect the sales support structure by leading product selection, technical
qualification, and the configuration of competitive offers. - Directly engage in key sales projects, presentations, and bidding processes tosecure business with targeted customers.
Orchestrate Regional Marketing and Intelligence:
- Coordinate with regional marketing to plan and execute promotional activities (e.g.,roadshows, seminars).
- Spearhead market and competitive intelligence gathering, including win-loss
analysis, to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
Education and Experience
Experience
1) Minimum 5 years experience in sales/marketing experience in the field of clinical orengineering industry at multinational company.
2) Hands-on experience autonomously managing the entire sales process, from strategic planning andcustomer presentation to configuring complex offers and managing bidding affairs.
Education
1) Bachelor’s degree with majored in medical or bioengineering.
2) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
