Role Overview The Siemens Healthineers MES Engineer is responsible for providing a range of engineering support functions to facilitate Managed Equipment Service operations, ensuring Siemens Healthcare discharges its contractual obligations in line with the Company's Values. Main Tasks and Responsibilities Investigate and diagnose faults on a wide range of medical equipment, ensuring appropriate remedial actions while considering patient safety, efficiency, cost, performance, and response/fix times. Carry out repairs according to manufacturer specifications and within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) as per the schedule. Conduct acceptance testing and commissioning of new, loan, and trial equipment following MHRA guidelines. Achieve Customer Satisfaction targets.
