Join our Analytical Skills team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the mechanical integrity of Aeroderivative Gas Turbine (AGT) components. In this position, you will engage in advanced structural analysis and modelling, conduct critical assessments of component integrity, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support product development. You will also mentor junior team members while producing detailed reports that document your findings.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • You will build and solve complex analysis models of gas turbine components using Finite Element (FE) analysis software like Abaqus or SC03.
  • Perform detailed stress, linting, and structural integrity analyses to support product development at both system and sub‑system levels.
  • Conduct fatigue, damage tolerance, and integrity assessments for critical rotating parts, ensuring product reliability and safety.
  • Collaborate with design and manufacturing specialists to enhance component producibility and engine life management strategies.
  • Produce accurate technical reports and participate in audits to ensure the quality and accuracy of analyses and mentoring junior team members.
What You Bring
  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Have proven industry experience as an Experienced Professional in a relevant engineering environment.
  • Possess demonstrated experience with Finite Element (FE) analysis software (e.g., Abaqus, SC03) and analytical skills in fatigue, damage tolerance, and structural integrity assessments.
  • Proficient in Python and have a solid understanding of the engineering design process, simulations, and systems engineering.
  • You bring strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, along with the ability to influence and guide others effectively.
