This is an exciting opportunity to lead Digitalisation, Data and Artificial Intelligence within the Aeroderivative Gas Turbine (AGT) business of Siemens Energy. The role combines strategic leadership of AGT's Digitalisation and AI agenda with leadership of the Digital & Data Solutions department. You will shape the future direction of Digital, Data and AI across AGT, build a strong pipeline of value-driven initiatives, and enable teams across the business to adopt new technologies that improve productivity, enhance customer value and support long-term growth.

As a transformational leader, you will work closely with AGT leadership, Siemens Energy Digital organisations and key business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into tangible outcomes, ensuring AGT remains at the front‑line of digital innovation.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Define and drive the Digitalisation, Data and AI strategy for AGT, aligned with AGT priorities and the wider Siemens Energy vision, while leading the AI agenda and enabling adoption of AI technologies across the business.
• Represent AGT within Siemens Energy Digital organisations, acting as the conduit for AGT digital, data and AI requirements while identifying and prioritising opportunities across functions and portfolios.
• Lead the Digital & Data Solutions department, comprising Data Management, Systems and Digital Innovation teams, providing strategic direction, governance and leadership to ensure successful delivery of departmental commitments.
• Develop organisational capability, succession plans and digital skills, ensuring effective resource planning and prioritisation while fostering a safe, inclusive and high‑performing culture focused on continuous improvement and learning.
• Own the AGT Digital portfolio, ensuring investments align with business priorities, securing appropriate funding and governance, and maintaining oversight of delivery performance and benefits realisation.
• Drive the development and adoption of digital products, data‑driven capabilities and AI‑enabled solutions for internal and external customers, working closely with Engineering, Service, Sales, Marketing, IT and other functions to maximise business impact.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in Digital Transformation, Data Management, Artificial Intelligence, Software Development or related technology disciplines, with a passion for Digitalisation, Data and AI and translating innovation into business value.
• A strong track record of developing strategies, roadmaps and portfolios that deliver measurable business value, including an understanding of portfolio governance, business case development, funding management and value realisation.
• Experience leading complex transformation programmes and change initiatives within a global organisation, balancing strategic thinking with pragmatic delivery.
• Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams, developing organisational capability and creating an inclusive, high‑performing culture.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior leaders, operating across organisational boundaries and communicating digital concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences.
• Experience working with Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies.

Our Gas Services division offers low‑emission power generation through service and decarbonization. We bring together gas turbines, steam turbines, generators and digital service solutions under one roof. Through modernization, digitalization and innovative service offerings, we support customers worldwide in improving reliability, efficiency and sustainability.

You will work within the Aeroderivative Gas Turbine Digital and Data Solutions organisation, leading global teams responsible for AI, digital systems and software capabilities that support AGT. The function works closely with Data, IT, Engineering, Service Operations and wider Siemens Energy digital communities to deliver integrated solutions and accelerate digital and AI adoption.
