How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Partner closely with central and regional sales teams to assess the feasibility of new product and service ideas.
  • Drive new service concepts from initial idea through to full commercial realization.
  • Build and analyse business cases, including market and competitor analysis, NPV, KPIs, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Develop sales materials such as presentations, pricing strategies, value‑selling tools, flyers, and winning guides.
  • Enable and train global and regional sales teams on product value, sales materials, and customer‑facing strategies.
  • Support market‑led business cases that guide R&D investment and funding decisions.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree is ideal but not essential; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience building business cases and calculating ROI for business or R&D initiatives.
  • Familiarity with go‑to‑market strategies for new products and services.
  • Strong analytical capability with a systematic, logical approach to problem solving.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

About the Team

You will join a collaborative team of Commercialisation Managers within the Aero Derivative Gas Turbine business. The team works across global disciplines and functions, partnering closely with sales, marketing, and technical experts throughout Siemens Energy. Together, the team supports the development and commercialization of products and services that serve oil & gas and power generation customers in over 80 countries. The AGT business has grown by focusing on both supply and long‑term support of gas turbine packages. The shared vision is to become the customer’s first choice for distributed power generation and compression solutions. The team values open collaboration, structured thinking, and shared success.
