A Snapshot of Your Day
Join Siemens Energy’s Aero-derivative Gas Turbines (AGT) Repair Network and step into a role where your commercial leadership directly supports the reliability of a global gas turbine fleet. You’ll lead commercial and project workstreams that ensure the repair and overhaul network has the capability to meet worldwide demand. Working closely with the Head of the Repair Network, you’ll balance analytical decision-making with collaborative problem-solving to keep partners aligned and performance on track. Every day, you’ll connect commercial strategy with real operational impact across the AGT repair business.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead the review, management, invoicing, and collection of Repair Vendor royalties and MROC licence fees.
- Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on licence agreements with MROCs and Repair Vendors.
- Provide hands‑on commercial management support across the AGT repair business and the Repair Executive Component Repair programme.
- Lead the Repair Network PMO, equipping the team with the right tools, managing project governance, and maintaining the standard diary.
- Develop and deliver commercial proposals for MROC capability improvement projects, support cost‑out initiatives, and partner with Finance to keep financial targets on track, including accountability for the MROC and Repair Vendor audit programme.
What You Bring
- A degree or equivalent experience in Commercial, Engineering, Project Management, or Planning.
- Knowledge of gas turbines, which will help you quickly engage with technical and operational teams.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking confident, independent initiative.
- Strong IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Office, SAP, and PLM2020 to support business needs.
- Good written and spoken English.
