As the AGT Technical Support Team Leader at Siemens Energy, you will lead a dedicated team of Technical Support Engineers, providing essential front-line technical support for our Aero-Derivative Gas Turbines and rotating equipment across Europe. Your role will involve mentoring team members, managing daily case loads, and collaborating with Service Engineering teams to deliver effective solutions, ensuring our customers experience seamless operations and exceptional service.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead and mentor a team of Technical Support Engineers, fostering their professional development.
• Provide front-line technical support for Siemens Energy Aero-Derivative Gas Turbines and rotating equipment, ensuring efficient operations.
• Collaborate with Service Engineering and Design Authorities to resolve technical issues and implement long-term improvements.
• Manage the day-to-day case load of the team, driving successful delivery and removing blockers.
• Develop and enhance team skills in technical authority and business operations management.
• Engage with customers to ensure a positive user experience and continuity of operations.

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of operational engineering experience with gas turbines and rotating equipment, preferably aero-derivative variants.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex engineering challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and positive contributions.
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Resilience and perseverance in handling multifaceted activities with diverse stakeholders.

Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
