As a Quality Team lead you will ensure adherence to Quality management / assurance related processes and procedures, and oversee related operational and/or supportive activities, with specific operational teams assigned.
You will be a Quality Professional with a team assigned.
We are looking for candidates who are willing to work across 4 different shifts within Hull Factory.
You will need to have experience in Quality within SGRE and preferably hold a current certificate in SGRE Quality Inspection.
To deliver company values to ensure a safe working environment and good quality workmanship with a competent team, deploying the right skills to the correct areas, to deliver to takt and escalate any blockers, to upskill teams by developing and coaching to the required standard, utilising support functions, use techniques and tools available to do so in a controlled manner, monitoring team costs via Prisma bookings and vend spend reports to ensure team are adhering to budget targets.

- Ensure self and team adhere to company EHS guidelines.
- Contribute to product safety activities.
- Lead an assigned quality inspection team.
- Manages quality-related activities with all involved internal and external parties.
- Ensures accurate quality reporting and updating of KPI’s.
- Implements the specific quality programs within the organisation and monitors the effectiveness of these programs.
- Acts as an escalation point of contact for quality issues.
- Prioritises and assigns tasks to team members and check the progress of agreed transactions and workflows.
- Contributes to budget planning processes.
- Ensures qualifications and competences are up to date of their assigned team.
- Manages team’s sickness/absence. Carry out 5-star performance reviews.
