How You’ll Make an Impact
- Deliver SQDCP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People) targets and ensure all key KPIs are achieved across the operational area during your shift.
- Align and maintain the production plan to meet weekly output targets.
- Oversee health, safety, and environmental measures to ensure a safe, compliant, and positive working culture.
- Lead and develop Group Leaders and Team Leaders across your production area, driving strong performance and engagement.
- Manage shift leadership performance, providing clear direction, coaching, and effective communication.
- Ensure manufacturing and quality standards, processes, and procedures are strictly followed to deliver high‑quality products on time.
- Oversee resource utilization – people, plant, and materials – for optimal efficiency.
- Coordinate emergency response as Duty Manager, handling escalation and communication in line with site and crisis management plans.
- Lead operational review meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a culture of open feedback, accountability, and operational excellence through consistent leadership and communication.

- Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing or production environment—preferably in large‑scale or high‑precision industries.
- Strong understanding of production processes, safety standards, and quality management systems.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team‑building skills to foster collaboration and accountability across diverse teams.
