Join a dynamic team where your leadership will drive the success of substation automation systems! In this role, you will focus on leading the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of an engineering team within Grid Automation. You will allocate work, manage priorities, and resolve conflicts while supporting engineers through technical and professional challenges. Your ability to maintain consistent standards and ways of working will be crucial as you represent your domain in discussions with Project Managers, customers, and other discipline leads.
