In this role, you will focus on leading the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of an engineering team within Grid Automation.
You will allocate work, manage priorities, and resolve conflicts while supporting engineers through technical and professional challenges.
Your ability to maintain consistent standards and ways of working will be crucial as you represent your domain in discussions with customers, Project Managers, and other discipline leads.

- Lead Daily Operations: Oversee work allocation and manage priorities and conflicts within the team.

- Judgement Under Pressure: A track record of making sound decisions while balancing team well-being, delivery pressure, and quality.
- Technical
Credibility: Senior-level experience in high voltage substation secondary design, including protection schematics, AC and DC supply design, interlocking, and interface definition.
- Collaborative Leadership Style: A servant-leadership approach that empowers others while holding accountability.
- Interest in Process Improvement: A genuine interest in engineering process improvement and digitalization, with the judgment to assess the value of new tools and methods.
