A Snapshot of Your Day: Imagine leading a dynamic engineering team where your focus is on empowering others and driving continuous improvement. In this role, you will allocate work, manage priorities, and resolve conflicts while supporting your engineers through both technical and professional challenges. You will represent your domain in discussions with Project Managers, customers, and other discipline leads, ensuring that standards and ways of working remain consistent across the team. Your leadership will not only shape the team’s capabilities but also influence hiring and development decisions, allowing you to make a significant impact on the team’s success.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
