You will own the full acquisition cycle for both substation & FACTS projects locally, shaping winning strategies and value‑driven tenders through a balance of technical leadership, commercial insight, and customer focus.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working with Salesforce CRM.
- Ability to thrive in an international, multicultural environment across multiple business units, collaboration partners, and customer interfaces.
- Proven experience managing tenders or EPC turnkey projects.
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with executive stakeholders and build strong customer relationships.
- Experience leading cross‑functional, cross‑country teams, with deep understanding of technical, commercial, and contractual project management.
