As a Commercial Sales Manager for Grid Technologies Sales at Siemens Energy, you will be at the forefront of driving the energy transition in Northern Europe. Your role will involve leading complex negotiations and managing financial and commercial aspects of bids and tenders, ensuring that Siemens Energy’s mission of delivering sustainable energy solutions is realized. You will work within an experienced and dynamic team, fostering collaboration and innovation, while building strong relationships with clients and partners to achieve strategic goals.

Impact & Responsibilities
  • Lead the commercial and financial aspects of the sales/bid process, ensuring alignment with Siemens Energy’s strategic objectives.
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial and financial terms with customers, leveraging your expertise to secure favorable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with technical sales, Bid team and factories in negotiations, ensuring commercially sound contracts, risk mitigation, and compliance with internal governance.
  • Develop and implement business models and financing concepts that align with customer needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, customer needs, and market trends to grow the sales footprint and support strategic positioning.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of working methods and organisational improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
  • A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting from a reputable institution, providing a strong foundation for commercial management.
  • At least five years of proven experience in a related field, demonstrating your capability to handle complex commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in English, enabling effective communication in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills, coupled with professional judgment to navigate challenges effectively.
