Join us as a Senior Quality Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards throughout the production process. You will develop and implement quality control processes, conduct audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to uphold our standards.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Analyze data from quality tests and inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in the design and development of new products to ensure quality standards are met from the outset.
  • Train and mentor team members on quality assurance practices and methodologies.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key metrics and improvement opportunities.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality engineering.

What You Bring

  • NVQ level 4 to 5 in engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Proficient in statistical analysis and quality control tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, root cause analysis).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
