Step into the role of Business Delivery Manager, where you will lead the Business Delivery (Execution) team within the Assembly, Test, and Overhaul organization. This strategic position focuses on separating performance control from delivery execution, establishing clear accountability, improving visibility of operational performance, and driving sustainable improvements in production. You will oversee the end-to-end execution of the production plan, manage cross-functional dependencies, and resolve operational issues effectively. Your leadership will be crucial in developing your team and embedding rigorous risk management and continuous improvement processes to ensure stable and predictable delivery performance.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Assume end-to-end accountability for the execution of the production plan, ensuring delivery commitments are met on time and to quality standards.
- Direct the coordination of cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, and Engineering, to resolve blockers and maintain a consistent daily delivery cadence.
- Monitor and report on the status of all delivery projects, providing clear visibility on progress, costs, and staffing to senior leadership.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex delivery issues that cannot be resolved by the team.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency, reduce waste, and improve operational stability.
What You Bring
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, along with significant experience in production management, operations, or project management within a complex manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Your certifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Practitioner, and Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), demonstrate your commitment to excellence.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role, with responsibility for team performance and development, is essential.
