A Snapshot of Your Day

We are looking for a candidate who can coordinate key planning activities, including budget cycles, frozen load plans, forecast forums, and scenario preparation. The role involves close collaboration with Finance on budget-related topics and long-term planning, as well as forecasting resource requirements, such as machines, operators, and shifts, to support capacity planning in line with routing information. You will work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and the wider Load and Resource team to proactively identify and monitor potential shortages, backlogs, material gaps, and additional workload. In addition, you will manage global planning stakeholder relationships alongside the Load and Resources Planning Manager, prepare scenario planning to support strategic decision‑making, and take ownership of planning dashboards and KPIs. This position focuses on a long-term planning horizon of up to three years, supporting both budget cycles and broader strategic objectives.
