About the Role

Are you passionate about solving problems through technology and creating digital solutions that make a real impact? We are seeking a Digitalisation Specialist to join our on-site team at the Hull Blade Factory. You will play a key role in driving digital innovation, working closely with operational teams to turn ideas into practical, scalable solutions. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You will contribute across software development, data, and process improvement, helping to shape the factory of the future.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Design, develop, and implement digital solutions that improve business processes and performance
  • Develop and maintain applications using C# and related technologies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Enhance and optimise existing systems to improve usability, efficiency, and reliability
  • Support the integration of systems, data flows, and digital tools across the business
  • Contribute to data-driven initiatives, including reporting, analytics, and data modelling
  • Support project delivery, including planning, testing, documentation, and deployment
  • Provide technical guidance and support for both custom-built and standard applications
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and standardise processes
  • Evaluate new technologies, tools, and vendor solutions to support continuous improvement
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and digital trends

What You Bring
