How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Perform process checks in line with Controlled Production Processes, planning, conducting and reporting on process audits in a structured, objective and professional manner.
  • Use processes and systems to address deviations.
  • Report and provide feedback on process check results and trends.
  • Interact with the production team and senior leaders, updating information and keeping teams informed.
  • Attend production meetings and support the extended quality assurance team.
  • Support the wider data collection and control team when required.

What You Bring:

  • Preference for knowledge of quality and auditing principles.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, able to plan, conduct and report on process audits in a structured, objective and professional manner.
  • Self-starter with problem-solving and attention to detail, able to prioritise multiple projects and work under pressure.
  • Strong Microsoft Office, Power BI and IT equipment skills are advantageous.
  • Effective communicator with confidence to engage, challenge and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation; knowledge of production systems (SAP, Teamcenter preferred).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and take responsibility for own work.
  • Confidence in delivering training, briefings and feedback relating to audit findings.
  • Driven by the ability to work on own initiative to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages; intermediate level in Excel.
  • Critical/Analytical Thinking.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes and operational requirements.
  • Capability to work independently and effectively as part of a team across four shifts, with strong customer focus, supportive of change and engaging with colleagues.
