As a Site Manager, you will guide a skilled team of field service professionals and oversee all on-site technical activities across our wind energy projects. You’ll play a central role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of our equipment. This position blends hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership. You’ll provide clear direction, support your team in resolving complex technical challenges, and act as a trusted advisor for both colleagues and customers. Your ability to diagnose issues, deliver tier-two technical support, and drive continuous improvement will be key to achieving project success.
You will also be the primary on-site contact for our customers, building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring they feel confident in the solutions we deliver. By fostering collaboration, maintaining high standards, and championing operational excellence, you will help strengthen our reputation and contribute to the long-term success of our wind energy portfolio.
How you’ll make an Impact
