Join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Project Manager (SCPM) and take charge of defining and executing supplier source change projects that align with new product development and strategic initiatives. You will coordinate all aspects of your projects, from developing scope and defining resources to budgeting and incentivising success. Imagine collaborating with global teams and reporting progress to management at various levels, ensuring that every project is completed on time and within budget. Your expertise in supply chain management will be pivotal in analysing impacts and driving business performance, making a real difference in our operations. Please note that this role will require 50-70% travel outside of Europe, providing you with the opportunity to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders around the globe.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and coordinate comprehensive project plans, budget requirements, and timelines to ensure successful project execution.
- Execute end-to-end supply chain processes, optimising efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyse supply chain patterns to assess impact and enhance business performance.
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party vendors to drive project success.
- Monitor project risks, implement corrective actions, and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- A recognised certification in Project Management, or enrolment in a certification program meeting minimum criteria.
- Proficiency in project management software and systems, with a solid understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process.
- A demonstrated ability leading complex projects in a corporate environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback to functional managers.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines, and generators. Decarbonisation opportunities through service offerings, modernisation, and digitalization of the fleet.
