As a Sales Manager, you will spearhead sales initiatives across the UK and Ireland for the product portfolio represented by Grid Technology Sales organizations. Leading a team of account managers and sales specialists, you will establish sales priorities for the sub-region in alignment with the European sales strategy, ensuring the achievement of organizational goals.
Your role will focus on fostering a positive and high-performance culture within the sales team, providing coaching and mentorship to enhance the capabilities of each sales professional. Additionally, you will play a vital role in the GT S UK & IE leadership team, contributing to the development of local strategies and collaboratively driving the company's overall business objectives.
