In this role, you will lead the technical strategy for the DD Platform product lines across the full wind power value chain. You will drive development and innovation within the SG14 program, strengthen fleet performance, and secure stable, high‑quality manufacturing through strong technical governance and supplier readiness. As the leader of a global organization, you will develop best‑in‑class capabilities and foster an inclusive, caring and high‑performing culture across multiple locations.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead the technical strategy and responsibilities across the full wind power value chain for product lines within the DD Platform (SG7, SG8, SG11 and SG14).
- Drive new product development projects within the SG14 program to meet business plan targets across time, cost, quality and development budget.
- Strengthen fleet performance and availability by ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues through structured problem‑solving with execution and service teams.
- Secure a stable manufacturing baseline by owning the DD Product Change Management process, eliminating non‑conformities and ensuring supplier qualification.
- Drive cost‑out initiatives across the value chain, including idea generation focused on industrialization and consolidated cost reporting.
- Enable industrialization of the SG14 program to increase production output, reduce cost of goods sold and ensure industry‑leading quality.
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Management, combined with extensive experience in engineering, business or project management.
- Proven leadership of large, diverse international teams with the ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Experience from the wind industry or the ability to excel in a highly technical, fast‑evolving environment.
- Collaborative leadership style with strong interpersonal skills that enable talent development, network building and an inclusive team culture.
