How You’ll Make An Impact

- Conduct visual analysis and inspections of fiberglass and resin properties, ensuring product integrity.

- Experience in digital and component inspections.
- Proficiency in CTQ (Critical to Quality) examinations, inspections, and evaluations.
- Experience with statistical data and tolerance analysis.
- Visual aids and preparation for production experience.
- Proactive and action oriented – you will actively seek what you need to complete your tasks.
- Able to work 12‑hr shift patterns that include nights and some weekends (average of 40.25 hours per week).
- Live within a 30‑mile radius of the factory.
