How You’ll Make An Impact
- You will perform both routine and complex quality operations, ensuring compliance with agreed standards.
- Apply specialized quality systems and tools to conduct thorough product checks, tests, and inspections.
- Initiate corrective actions when quality standards are not met, and support root cause investigations.
- Conduct visual analysis and inspections of fiberglass and resin properties, ensuring product integrity.
- Collaborate on quality improvement programs and report findings to quality management.
What You Bring
- Strong manufacturing background including working to controlled specifications.
- Experience in digital and component inspections.
- Proficiency in CTQ (Critical to Quality) examinations, inspections, and evaluations.
- Experience with statistical data and tolerance analysis.
- Visual aids and preparation for production experience.
- Proactive and action oriented – you will actively seek what you need to complete your tasks.
- Able to work 12‑hr shift patterns that include nights and some weekends (average of 40.25 hours per week).
- Live within a 30‑mile radius of the factory.
