A Snapshot of Your Day

Are you ready to launch a hands‑on, future‑focused career in a dynamic learning environment? Our MOET Apprenticeship offers the perfect blend of practical experience and academic development. You’ll earn a salary while gaining industry‑recognised qualifications — an excellent alternative to college or university.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Year 1 – Build Your Foundation: In year 1 of your apprenticeship, you will be at college full time where you will start your basic training and technical certificate. Commencing working towards your MOET qualification. Gaining experience at the factory during non‑term times.
  • Year 2 – Learn on the Job: Will see you complete your technical certificate at college on day release whilst rotating around the production departments in the factory. Based on‑site on a day‑based rotation. Continue regular engagement with the college to meet all Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours requirements.
  • Year 3 – Specialise and Excel: You will then complete your apprenticeship in your home department to achieve your level 3 MOET qualification. Deepen your expertise in blade manufacturing. Work towards your End Point Assessment and final qualification. During this year you will also undertake an HNC/HND (Higher National Certificate/Diploma in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering – depending on specialisation).

Throughout the apprenticeship, you’ll rotate through different departments, giving you broad exposure to manufacturing, applications, and production development. You’ll strengthen your planning, quality, and delivery skills while working alongside highly skilled professionals.

What You Bring

  • A minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including English, Maths, a Science and one additional subject.
  • A logical mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  • A creative approach to problem‑solving.
  • A collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for working in a team.
  • A responsible, safety‑focused approach to work.

We can teach you the technical skills — what matters most is your mindset, motivation, and alignment with our culture and Company values (Ownership Attitude; Value People; Impactful Leadership; Innovativeness; Customer Focus; Results Orientation).
