Job Description
We are looking for a Service Technician to join our Onshore Service team with the view to progress to Maintenance Technician and then Troubleshooter level at our Clyde Hub which incorporates multiple technologies across the sites in South West Scotland.
As a Service Technician you will perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and inspections on various customers wind farms operations, performing Electrical/Mechanical scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on varied wind turbines

How You'll Make an Impact
Are you a dedicated and driven individual, who has a background in Maintenance or Service? Do you want to join a dynamic and busy team supporting the operation of our windfarms?
As a Service Technician you will perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and inspections on various customers wind farms.
What You Bring
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for;
- Professional experience - Electrical/Mechanical background
- Trained National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) level 3 or 4 or full apprenticeship scheme will be preferred
- Previous experience of working in the wind industry would be advantageous although full training will be provided for the right candidate
- A self-motivated individual with ability to work under tight deadlines
- Technical knowledge working on wind turbines would be preferred
- Experience working with MS Office applications. MORS and Fluix would be an advantage
