Job Description
The Travel Technician Team is a permanently employed, highly skilled and experienced UK-based team deployed to operational sites around the UK working on a 14/14 – two weeks on two weeks off rotation pattern.
We support operational sites by bringing the correct level of competence and the right attitudes to support with annual service campaigns and troubleshooting activities. We are also key in supporting new sites as they come online to not only support the site operations but to train and develop the local technicians.
This is a travelling role so applicants would need to be willing to work anywhere in the UK and travel on each rotation.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Experience with Siemens/Senvion/Gamesa Wind Turbine Platforms at MT Level and above, including electrical/mechanical maintenance.
- Coordinate service operations, resolve product issues, and assist with contractual extra scopes like TMSE and crane inspections.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, quality standards, and customer obligations while supervising team members and third-party contractors.
- Maintain accurate reporting in MORS and support the welfare of technicians on-site, addressing PPE and transportation issues.
- Facilitate planning and execution of third-party work, ensuring efficient service delivery and supporting the development of team members.
What You Bring
- Minimum of level 3 electrical education and/or mechanical education. (e.g., National Vocational Qualification level 3 or 4, apprenticeship or equivalent) or already hold an SGRE authorization at Competence Technician/Maintenance Tech or above.
- Experience in an electrical maintenance or multi skilled maintenance role essential.
- A strong communicator willing to undertake assignments and work Individually.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, Monitoring Operations and Registration System (MORS) and Fluix.
- A self-motivated individual with ability to cope with the pressures of time.
- Due to the location of the role and the role requirements, the successful candidate must have a valid driving license and be able to pass a medical subject to employment.
