About the Role
We are looking for a Wind Turbine Technician to join our Onshore Service Team with the view to progress to Maintenance Technician and then Troubleshooter level in our SP2 S03 Hub which consists of Senvion technology across our sites in North England. Only candidates based within a 30-45 minute commute of Wigan, WN5 will be considered.
As a Wind Turbine Technician you will perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and inspections on the customers' wind farms. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing team within a dynamic business, delivering innovation to the renewable energy sector.

What You Bring
- Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
- Professional experience - Electrical/Mechanical background. The ideal candidate will have an electrical maintenance background.
- Trained National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) level 3 or 4 or full apprenticeship scheme will be preferred.
- Previous experience of working in the wind industry would be advantageous although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
- A self-motivated individual with ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Technical knowledge working on wind turbines would be preferred.
- Experience working with MS Office applications. ATS, FSM and Fluix would be an advantage.
