The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We have an exciting opportunity within the Global Repair Network Team working closely with our external network of MROCs (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul Centers) and authorized Repair Vendors as well as close technical relationships with internal/external stakeholders to ensure the correct levels of capability and capacity are maintained to support ongoing and new business requirements.
What You Bring
- Preferably educated to HND, degree level, with several years of Gas Turbine Repair and Overhaul product knowledge, or experience.
- You must be an initiative-taking self-starter.
- Ability to develop and lead key relationships with stakeholders, including external customers.
- Exhibit confident project management skills, with demonstrable project management experience, ideally qualified within a project management discipline.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Develop, deliver and manage end to end repair projects and programmes in support of the Repair Executive Process, including new and emerging repair development reviews.
- Lead repair planning meetings using the gated project process, develop standard agendas, diarise and lead standard diary meeting and progress action items.
- Be accountable for the risk management plans, governance reviews, and relationships with standalone approved repair licensees.
- Own key relationships between customers, internal stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate standard diary of events with SE overhaul facilities, along with our non-SE overhaul network.
- Deliver year on year cost improvement and process efficiency activities.
