By managing a vast repository of technical documents, you’ll help safeguard both our intellectual property and that of our partners, making sure every licensing and export control detail is up to date. How You’ll Make An Impact
- You will maintain and update our Teamcenter documentation database to support the design and manufacture of gas turbine components.
- You will assess and implement updates to both individually licensed and commercial information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- You will conduct regular checks to identify and remove duplicate or outdated documents, keeping our database current and reliable.
- You will source and store new information when required, acting as the main contact for document acquisition.
- You will manage relationships with specification providers and support colleagues in authoring and storing new Siemens Energy specifications.
- You will update document statuses in the database when technology classifications change.
What You Bring
- You have a degree in Engineering or a related field.
- You understand gas turbine component design and manufacturing documentation, allowing you to accurately determine export control classifications.
- You have experience working in international project teams, including managing intellectual property and export control compliance.
- You have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
