Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with central and regional sales teams to assess the feasibility of new product and service ideas
  • Drive new service concepts from initial idea through to full commercial realization
  • Build and analyse business cases, including market and competitor analysis, NPV, KPIs, and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Develop sales materials such as presentations, pricing strategies, value‑selling tools, flyers, and winning guides
  • Enable and train global and regional sales teams on product value, sales materials, and customer‑facing strategies
  • Support market‑led business cases that guide R&D investment and funding decisions

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree is ideal but not essential; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience building business cases and calculating ROI for business or R&D initiatives
  • Familiarity with go‑to‑market strategies for new products and services
  • Strong analytical capability with a systematic, logical approach to problem solving
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
